Not a lot on the Saturday, but very laid back, good rockabilly music.

GMH 48-215 (FX) Badge.

GMH 48-215 (FX) Badge.
The badge of the first Holdens, although I should properly say the badge of the fist GMH vehicles.

General Motors-Holdens LTD, 48-215 (FX) Compliance plate

General Motors-Holdens LTD, 48-215 (FX) Compliance plate.
There's another compliance plate I took later on where the company name is stamped differently. I have no idea if that means anything. I notice here the style is shown as '48-215', not 'FX'. I don't know why we all refer to these as the FX model.

General Motors-Holden's PTY. LTD. EH Compliance Plate.

General Motors-Holden's PTY. LTD. EH Compliance Plate.
Since the 48-215 the company name is now shown with an apostrophe denoting ownership, not plural. Interesting. Ever since I can recall we would just call one 'a Holden' with no 's' involved until there were two or more of them. If we thought about the company name it was GMH and it was implicit that there was no 's' on the end of that.

GMH FB Wagon

GMH FB Wagon.
I had to look this up but, the 'colour flash' on the sides gives this away as the earlier FB as opposed to the following model the EK.
